About us?
Devine Mortgages is a firm based in the Midlands dedicated to providing specialist mortgage and protection advice.
We pride ourselves on delivering an excellent client experience from initial contact all the way to completion. We really want to get to know all of our clients –we’re here to build relationships for life.
We understand that each client has different needs and circumstances, so it’s vital we give bespoke advice and recommendations. The mortgage market can seem such a daunting place, so our aim is to make it as transparent and as stress-free as possible.
About the Founder
Niall Devine
Devine Mortgages was founded back in 2019 by Niall Devine CeMap. Niall graduated from the University of Nottingham achieving a 2:1 in Business in 2017 which allowed him to pursue a career in the Sustainable Transport sector. After looking for a career change, Niall moved to the UAE and worked in the finance industry a large corporate firm. Niall always wanted to open his own firm, so came back to the UK to kickstart his mortgage journey.
After attaining his CeMAP qualification, Niall then progressed rapidly within the mortgage industry, building a catalogue of trusting clients. He is now dedicated to providing elite service to all his clients, old and new.
Outside of work, Niall enjoys going to the gym, watching Coventry City and having a beer with friends and family.

We charge a fee at application stage and on receipt of the mortgage offer.
How is your advice unbiased?
We are an independent firm who works with your interests at heart. We recommend the lender that fits your needs best.

We have access to a wide range of mortgage deals – some of which cannot be obtained by going direct. Plus, we take the legwork out of your application.
How can I get a quote from you?

Yes, having bad credit doesn’t mean you can’t get a mortgage. There are numerous options available for those with adverse credit.
